Maintain a register of current approved suppliers and a historical record of suppliers performance. Quickly and easily capture issues or concerns relating to the quality of products or services offered by suppliers. Highlight suppliers deemed unsuitable based on previous performance. Report on supplier issues collectively or in isolation to assist in the identification of weak internal practices that contribute to one or more suppliers producing or providing unsuitable products or services. Help prepare for supplier reviews / audits and manage any resultant actions through to closure. Allow organisations and suppliers to work together to develop win/win situation. |
Q-Pulse provides a listing of all suppliers, their details and a quality record showing historical performance for each supplier in terms of delivery, failures, warranty claims, returns, complaints, audits and reviews.
A register of approved suppliers shows those under consideration and those deemed unsuitable. This information is made available to the purchasing function to ensure inappropriate suppliers are not used and thereby preventing costly mistakes.
The Analysis module within Q-Pulse provides extensive graphical grouping and trend reports that assist in spotting problem suppliers or weak practices of suppliers. The function of the Analysis module is to help organisations identify opportunities for improvement in supplier performance.
The integrated business mapping tool helps collect, organise and understand information about a specific situation or problem and assist in the identification of "breakthrough" solutions to the toughest of problems. This mapping tool, together with the three Q-Pulse modules addressing Suppliers, Audit Management and Analysis provide a powerful Supplier Management solution unrivalled in Compliance Management applications to date.
