Be able to report on issues from each aspect of the organisation in isolation but also collectively; and in doing so avoid connections missed when operating duplicate systems.

Inform appropriate people of issues specific and relevant to them and consequently help avoid repeat occurrences of mistakes.

Encourage a culture of learning and continuous improvement and in doing so reduce organisational risk by preventing problems from occurring, resulting in better customer experiences and improved financial performance.

Once collected in the CA/PA module information can be viewed in isolation, either in groups of related information or across the complete organisation. Impenetrable security allocates access to information as you require it.

Any number of reports can be published and saved in personal or shared folders and this significantly reduces the amount of time and effort spent searching for information as the information is available immediately. In addition, the analysis module provides extensive graphical grouping and trend reports that greatly assists in spotting related issues and importantly helps identify opportunities for improvement.

The flexibility and capability of the CA/PA module is core to enabling an organisation to reap significant benefits from their compliance efforts.
