Other Q-Pulse Integration Opportunities

As well as Q-Pulse FDM Integration and Q-Pulse Offline Reporting, there are opportunities for the solution to be integrated with other software systems within an organisation.

Gael is consistently working to develop new Q-Pulse integration projects through web service APIs and we have developed a series of working prototypes showcasing the integration possibilities of Q-Pulse.

Gael’s prototypes include the integration with software such as Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint as well as the development of a Document Retrieval Service (DRS).

Microsoft Outlook

Through integration with Microsoft Outlook, users can raise an occurrence in Q-Pulse by sending an e-mail. The occurrence information recorded is automatically captured from the contents of the email.

Microsoft SharePoint

Occasional users of Q-Pulse can access business portals, such as Microsoft SharePoint, to retrieve information from within their QMS. This provides users with access to Q-Pulse data, through a software system that they are familiar and comfortable with.

Document Retrieval Service (DRS)

The Q-Pulse Document Retrieval Service (DRS) allows users to retrieve documents controlled in your QMS without the need to access the Q-Pulse client. Benefits include the ability to link to controlled documents from other business systems, such as your corporate intranet, and the ability to create links between controlled documents.
