Gael’s support service includes a mixture of hands-on, verbal and electronic assistance for customers, ensuring they continue to get value for money on their investment in Q-Pulse.

Gael’s global support helpdesk guarantees a response time of two hours for Q-Pulse queries. Customers can interact with Gael's support team via telephone, email or through our online Support Portal. There is no limit to the number of support cases that can be raised and Gael can assist by remotely accessing an organisation's system where appropriate.

Gael’s customer website, Gael Community, provides organisations with access to a wealth of useful information. Organisations can benefit by communicating with other Q-Pulse users and Gael’s own Q-Pulse experts.

The Community’s Support Portal gives customers access to online Support Case Management as well as the Q-Pulse Knowledgebase, usability tips and regular “how-to” videos.
