Gael Academy

Gael Academy offers Q-Pulse users on-demand access to more than 120 online training courses that have been designed to help develop and refresh their Q-Pulse skills. In addition, Academy provides live training sessions, hosted by Q-Pulse and industry experts, to discuss and share best practices related to an organisation’s quality management system.

Academy helps with the overall adoption and roll-out of an organisation’s Q-Pulse system by providing a wealth of different courses at varying levels of difficulty to suit all member experience levels. Academy takes away the burden of QMS administrators having to train their colleagues.

The Academy’s structured e-learning framework lets members access development courses direct from their desktop 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year. The format of the Academy was specifically designed to support employees’ own Q-Pulse specific or compliance related training by giving them the freedom to decide when, where and – most importantly – how they learn. Each course ends with a quiz to test what the user has learned from the course.

The Academy Live training sessions are hosted by our own industry and Q-Pulse experts and help attendees learn best practices, encouraging them to be adopted within their own compliance processes. The sessions are also recorded so members can watch the content on demand.

Gael Academy is suitable for all levels of Q-Pulse users within an organisation and is designed to work alongside Gael’s implementation service, helping organisations with their overall Q-Pulse roll out.
