compliance with ISO 9001 is achieved and maintained. The importance
of achieving, maintaining and demonstrating compliance to customers,
regulatory bodies, business partners and suppliers is ever increasing
and, if implemented correctly, the benefits of a formal Quality Management
system are undisputed. Unfortunately, however, the perception is often
that ISO 9001 is purely about record-keeping, bureaucracy and document
control. These are unfortunate by-products of the traditional approach
to management systems. |
