Getting help with Q-Pulse

Whether it’s a usability question or a technical support issue, our Support Portal makes finding the answer easier.

The Support Portal gives you instant online access to resources and services, including:

–  the Q-Pulse Knowledgebase
–  the latest online version of our product help
–  Q-Pulse forums
Through the Support Portal, you can also see details of any outstanding Support requests, as well as raising new requests.

Accessing the Support Portal

Access to the Support Portal is open to all Gael customers with an active product licence through our Community.

If you're not already a Community member, it's easy to register – all you need is a username and email address.
