The Document Control module provides an information portal for all types of documents of value within an organisation - not just those subject to formal change control.

It's principle objective is to make the correct information readily available at the point of need, when needed and in a form that is easily understood.

The Document Control module provides the capability to access a single document entity through a multiple of "virtual folders" providing quick access in the context of whatever is being worked on. Documents are managed once, with revisions automatically flagged, reflected and updated wherever used.

The Document and the Staff Competency and Development module are tightly integrated meaning that in the event of change, staff potentially impacted and in need of re-training are automatically presented to enable assessment of needs and, where necessary, organise appropriate communication and re-training - saving time and reducing exposure to expensive mistakes. 

Electronic signatures, compliant with 21 CFR, Part 11 Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures in compliance to FDA requirements.
