Deployment
As well as being an easy-to-use solution, Q-Pulse is designed to be incredibly flexible, making it suitable for different organisational structures and IT environments. Q-Pulse can be deployed in two different options: On-Premise or Hosted. While the functionality for end-users is the same, the location and management of the "behind the scenes" technology is different for each option.
On Premise
The On Premise option is the traditional way of deploying Q-Pulse where the application and database(s) are installed onto a server provided by the customer. This server is often at the same geographical location as the end-users of the system.
This option is best suited to organisations with existing IT infrastructure who can gain assistance from their IT department.

Hosted
The Hosted option is a way of deploying Q-Pulse without the need for local servers, with minimal involvement required by your IT department.
The Q-Pulse application and database(s) are installed to Gael's highly secure data centre and are accessed by end-users via the internet. The setup, ongoing maintenance, backups and upgrades to the system are completed by Gael's technical experts.
This option is best suited to organisations with little or no IT resource or with no budget for purchasing new IT systems or infrastructure.
