The Strategic Review service is an important part of an organisation’s Q-Pulse implementation. It is designed to help automate a customer’s business processes, refining those that are not working as well as they should. The Strategic Review allows organisations to explain their current issues, how they plan to use Q-Pulse and discuss what Gael can do to help them achieve their goals. It identifies current challenges and future objectives ahead of an organisation's Q-Pulse configuration.
With years of technical implementation and industry experience, Gael's Professional Services consultants help orgnaisations maximise their investment in Q-Pulse by configuring the solution to meet their specific needs, language and terminology. Years of industry experience and best practice knowledge allows us to offer a focussed configuration service that helps customers get the best they possibly can from their investment in Q-Pulse and Gael.
The Q-Pulse training curriculum is designed to address the unique learning needs of the various and diverse roles within an organisation that implement, administer and use Q-Pulse. Gael’s training begins during the configuration stage, continuing through each stage of the Q-Pulse roll-out.
Validating software is required in heavily regulated industries, such as healthcare and life sciences. Gael's Validation Project Management service includes two days on-site consultation with a Project Manager to help you gain a basic understanding of the validation process while providing you with the information required to complete the validation process.
